2 bd / 1 ba Leelanau County cottage with sauna

The space
The FisHowes Hytte is styled after the Norwegian "Hytte," which means small retreat or house in the countryside. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, this 2-bed, 1-bath cottage is situated on 15 acres and includes a private walking trail, wood-fired barrel sauna, small garden, fire pit and deck with grill. Between both woods and a meadow, this cottage is remote yet close to the many gems of the county: 5 miles from Glen Arbor; 3.8 miles to Pyramid Point Trailhead and a stone's throw to Sleeping Bear National Park. Bikers will appreciate the close proximity to the Palmer Woods Mountain Bike Trail Network and Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. If you're seeking a Walden experience, look no further - you are truly getting away from it all at this relaxing retreat.
