The Golden Hour is a third row beach house with a private beach access just off the pool deck! There is a 16x32 saltwater pool AND baby pool! Outdoor Shower with custom enclosure and changing area and Firepit!

Pool OPEN: May 1 through October 1
*Hot Tub Open year round

Pets on a case by case basis. Some breed restrictions for insurance purposes. Must provide docs after booking. Ask Owner for details.

The space
We designed this house to make your vacation easy! This house has two separate living spaces, Multiple kids play areas, a screened in porch, a sun deck, a shaded sandy area surrounded by Live Oaks with swings, yard games.

There is a fully enclosed swimming area with a 16x32 resort style pool and extra baby pool. (It also has a locking gate with key.)

The house is also equipped with 10 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella shades, beach toys, two WheelEEZ beach carts, some coolers and beach/pool towels. Two complimentary beach cruisers, skim boards, boogie boards and a surf board! (See garage pictures on listing

Poolside, you have a gas grill and multiple umbrellas to provide shade around the pool.

There are 4 paved spots and two clamshell parking spots.

Other things to note
The pool is a solar assisted, heated pool and is set to 85 degrees, but depending on the weather, it may not be able to reach the desired temperature due to night time lows because it is not a gas or electric powered heater. Pool will be closed from October 1st through April 30th
