We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for home and are best suited for guests who value that same level of respect and care. No parking included.

The space
The unit itself is fully renovated, bright, and clean. As with many Boston properties, the shared building entry is a common space and not recently updated, but the home itself is carefully maintained and accurately represented in photos.

Two separate living levels with their own kitchens and living spaces make this home especially well-suited for multi-family stays or groups who want both shared and private space.

This home is ideal for:

• Business travelers or extended stays
• Guests looking for a clean, comfortable home base in the city

This home is not a fit for:

The outdoor furniture will be laid out based on the weather. Usually the furniture is out by end of April/beginning of May and is taken back in November/December.

Guest access
PARKING IS TOUGH! We highly recommend you think of Boston, just as you would NYC. You wouldn't want to drive through Manhattan, just as much as you wouldn't want to drive around Boston! Get the fully city experience, by taking advantage of our public transportation. We have a bus stop, just 50 feet from the house, on the corner of Broadway and G Street. This bus will take you right to the Broadway T Station. If you don't want to deal with public transport, there is Uber and Lyft that can take you all over the city. Southie is extremely walkable as well. It's a 15 minute walk to the T Station if you wanted to walk to Broadway T Stop. There are also city bikes available by the old BOA building on Broadway (across from Lincoln Tavern). It's a lot of fun getting around the city on the bikes.

PLEASE NOTE:

We ask that guests treat the home with care and respect, as they would their own. This is a residential property, and we aim to maintain a positive experience for both our guests and neighbors.

Bookings that do not align with our house rules or guest expectations may be declined.

The deck's furniture will have everything removed for the Winter usually around November (depends on the weather). We will put the furniture back onto the deck in April/May (again, depending on the snow/weather).

We do not offer cable TV. We do have smart Tv's on each floor, so you will be able to stream your favorite online apps on the TV.

From the host

Southie is a very fun place to come and visit. We have nearly 2 miles of beach. The beaches are PACKED in the Summer on the weekends and is a lot of fun to spend the day. At the end of Southie is Castle Island, where you can grab an ice cream and lobster roll at Sullivans, walk around the old Revolutionary War fort (or take a tour when it's open!) We are walking distance to Seaport District, where you can enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shops or take a water taxi to 15 other locations around the city. Boston in reality is TINY. If you wanted to rent the city bikes, you could ride through Back Bay, Downtown, North End and back within the day. Me and my husband have done it many times and it's a great way to spend a lovely day.
