These units are 1200 sq ft, with new updates (include updated paint scheme + flooring)! Kitchen is spacious and living room includes new furnishings and a smart TV! Both rooms have queen sized beds with cozy linens.

The space
Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment.
