This charming, historic home that was built in 1901 lies right in the heart of Amherst, Virginia! It's only 15 minutes from Lynchburg and 5 minutes from Sweet Briar College. The home is walking distance to a grocery store, local restaurants and coffee shops, a playground, and more! With places like Cole Mountain and Thrashers Lake, you'll never run out of beautiful outdoor activities. This family friendly area is perfect for an evening stroll and will make you feel right at home.

The space
We bought this home in 2021 and turned it into a duplex. This space is completely private to you. We live in the connected space. You will probably see Jeremiah and I, our boys and Buddy in the back yard working, playing, grilling or just sitting on our porch.
