Situated in a charming historic neighborhood, this newer house has been lovingly updated with thoughtful modern touches throughout. The airy, open space showcases tons of local artwork and high-quality furnishings. You’re just a short walk from the famed Ponce de Leon Fountain of Youth, Old Jail, and the historic district, downtown. Or hop on a local trolley and enjoy some of St Augustine's best restaurants and shopping, historic sites, or bayfront, which is all less than five minutes away.

The space
Think of this as the perfect home base for your St. Augustine adventure. Artsy, funky and functional are a few of the words that describe the feel of this magical modern cottage.

Our cottage offers plenty of comfortable space indoors and out. One thing that really drew us to this place is that it has two master suites, separated by an amazing screened-in porch. This allows couples, families or friends traveling together to have their own spaces. The main house features a king bed attached to a full bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet. The Studio Suite features a Purple brand king bed, as well as a nice twin-over-full adult bunk bed and an all-new bathroom, plus its own coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave.

There’s enough local artwork on display that you may feel as though you’re waking up in an art gallery. The vaulted wood ceilings and the tile floor create a comfortable environment for a collection of artisan furniture crafted by Sticks, Shoestring Creations, David Marsh, Restoration Hardware, and more.

You’ll also enjoy the best in modern lifestyle technology, including 3 top-of-the-line TVs, contemporary appliances, Sonos wireless music system, and convenient Smart Home automation throughout.

Outside, the Amazing Love Tree watches over the property like an ancient guardian. The tree swing is one of our favorite spots for lazy daydreaming. But then, there are plenty of those to choose from.

As 17-time Airbnb Superhosts, we take our cozy St. Augustine hideaways seriously. We love it when guests tell us we’ve thought of everything, and we do hear that often. Bottom line? We do everything possible to ensure that you’ll love this place as much as we do.

Separate parking, separate entrances and no shared space.

Sanchez Suites is in a great location in Uptown St. Augustine, a short walk to the famed Ponce de Leon, Fountain of Youth, Magnolia Street, the Old Jail, and Ripleys or you can hop on the trolley across the street to experience some of St Augustine's best restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. Solana Cylce is right down the road and you can easily rent scooters, golf carts, scoot coupes and more!

Neighborhood highlights

We're in a great location. We are just off San Marco Avenue right in the heart of St. Augustine's Uptown area. The house is within walking distance to everything in town and only a couple of miles drive to the beach. Uptown has popular restaurants which include Raintree, Sunday, Uptown Swinery and the new Cortesse's Bistro and Martini Bar. Wendy loves to stroll the shops for clothing and home decor.
