Accommodations:

- Bedroom 3: Perfect for friends or family, this room features three twin-sized beds.
- Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, hot and cold water, walk-in showers, toilets, sinks, and are stocked with towels and toiletries. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Kitchen and Dining:
Our spacious kitchen is a culinary delight, stocked with basic cooking utensils and modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, and coffee maker. The dining room, with seating for 8, is ideal for shared meals and memorable moments.

Laundry Facilities:
For your convenience, we have a dedicated laundry area inside the house for guests to use. Additionally, there's a coin laundry on the premises for added convenience during your stay.

Comfort and Connectivity:
Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with mini-split ACs, ensuring personalized comfort. Stay connected with fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to our shared patio, featuring a hot tub and BBQ area. Relax in the sun or unwind in the screened porch. Designated smoking areas are available outside, with no smoking allowed indoors.

Parking and Check-In:
Enjoy the convenience of two assigned parking spots right in front of the house. Our keyless entry system ensures a seamless check-in experience through custom-code operated keypads.

Guest access
You’ll have full private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath Blue Chateau, including everything listed above. Additionally, you’ll have access to:

• The shared patio, hot tub, BBQ area, and sitting areas
• Designated outdoor smoking areas
• Coin laundry on-site (a private laundry area is also available inside your unit)
• Two assigned parking spots (all spots on the lot are assigned — please park only in your designated space)

Check-in is fully self-service via a custom-code keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the check-in window.

• No cable TV — streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are accessible through the TV menu; guests can log into their own accounts.
• This is a shared-lot property — the patio, hot tub, and parking are shared spaces with assigned areas, while the home itself is fully private.
• Quiet hours and house rules apply to keep the space enjoyable for everyone on the property.
• Exterior security cameras are in use on the property (common areas only) for safety.
