Vintage charm with town conveniency, the Mariposa Cottage "B" is a comfortable place for your group to stay while to exploring Yosemite, the historic gold rush town of Mariposa and the surrounding foothills. Conveniently located right on highway 49, just minutes from downtown with great restaurants and shopping. This is the basement unit of a duplex.

The space
This home is the lower level of the duplex, the upper level is also rented out as an Airbnb. (Look up Mariposa Family Cottage A!) Both units have separate entry parking, so you won’t need to worry about coming into contact with other guests during your stay. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath, a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, and a spacious kitchen with dining. This restored vintage Cottage is simple, but has everything you need; wireless internet and the smart TV offers streaming services. There is even a washer and dryer!

This unit is at the back of the property so there is plenty of room for parking and is very private

Other things to note
There are no shared spaces in this duplex. Parking is also separate. You will have guests staying in the unit above you, but you won’t come into contact with anyone during your stay.

Extra charge per night for groups larger than four. Additional guests will need to use the sofa sleeper.
