Calm and convenient location

This is the downstairs only of the popular Sunshine Inn. It is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, skunk train, glass beach, coastal trail and more.
There are 2 Bedrooms w/1 Queen bed each and one large bathroom. We have decided to allow use of the downstairs only for smaller groups. We are fully ADA compliant, including handicap ramp, roll in shower, and all spaces to make everyone comfortable.
Unfortunately, due to severe allergies we cannot accommodate animals.

The space
We have modified the Sunshine Inn so groups of 4 can stay. We limit access to the fully ADA accessible downstairs only.

Guest access
We have picnic tables outside in the yard for guests convenience. There is a sweet porch to sit and watch the world go by.
There are 4 spaces in the parking lot, one marked handicap, but not ticketable as the signage has been removed. We ask guests of the Inn to reserve the space closest to the cottage for the cottage guests.

Other things to note
We cannot accommodate animals due to severe allergies.
