The Cozy Corner is the perfect place for a short or long stay in the good ole LBK. #2 is a two bedroom two bathroom duplex with a soft couch sure to fit that fifth wheel or extra kiddo comfortably! With its bright and clean decor the Cozy Corner is sure to be a great stop on your next trip to Lubbock.

The space
The Cozy Corner #2 is the perfect spot to stop for those traveling through or to Lubbock. The location sits on the west side of town with easy access to the loop as well as a straight shot to Texas Tech University and LCU. Enjoy all the best shopping just down the street at the West End shopping center! Needing groceries or a quick easy meal? One of Lubbock's newest United’s and Starbucks is a 2 minute walk around the corner!

Enough about the perfect location, the house is quaint with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with a small backyard for your furry companion or an evening glass of wine on the patio. Inside you will be welcomed into a large living room with a corner fireplace. If you are here for work, why stop when you get home? This house is equipped with wifi and a nice desk for answering those late night emails! Both rooms and bathrooms are very spacious with the perfect touch of elegance and style to lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. Oh wait there's more! The kitchen and dining room are open concept and loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get together with friends!
