With views across to Whitby Abbey, you will never tire of looking out of the window and the sunrises can be spectacular! Situated only a 5 minute walk from the cliff top & town centre, you are right on the edge of all of the hustle and bustle that Whitby has to offer, with multiple bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes walk away.

The space
Apartment 13 is a spacious and modern apartment situated on the second floor of a well maintained building. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by a hallway which includes a coat and shoe rack as well as console table and mirror - the perfect place to leave outdoor gear.

Step into the fully fitted kitchen which has a Nespresso Krups Coffee Machine, dining area and lounge. The large patio doors can be fully opened, helping to bring the outside in, as well as boasting beautiful views. The comfy sofa and armchair are perfect for relaxing, reading, listening to the DAB radio, playing one of the board games provided for you or watching the wall mounted flat screen tv.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven with plenty of space to prepare food. The open plan nature of the living space makes it a sociable place to be, with the kitchen, dining and lounge area all being in one long room.

The bedroom is exceptionally spacious at over 18 feet in length. There are two built in wardrobes as well as a chest of drawers so you can really unpack and feel at home. The locally inspired wallpaper makes for a stunning feature wall and the king size bed with a pocket sprung memory foam mattress ensures you will have a great nights sleep. The bedroom also includes patio doors and black out curtains.

The bathroom has a shower over the large bath which is perfect for unwinding in after an action packed day on the coast. There is a heated towel rail as well as underfloor heating, which runs throughout the entire property.

Whitby is a bustling seaside town with lots of independent shops, restaurants and bars as well as a beautiful beach and historic landmarks. The apartment is perfectly situated to access the cliff top and beach as well as the town centre. Skinner Street is only 5 minutes walk away and there you will find bars and eateries. In the other direction is Pizza West, a wonderful cliff top restaurant.

Guest access
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am.

The apartment building is situated on a Upgang Lane, a road with lots of free on-street parking. There is also a long stay car park one minutes walk around the corner which is free from the 1st November - 28th February. The apartment itself does not have a designated parking space.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the second floor and can be accessed via stairs or lift meaning the property has step free access from the pavement outside to the apartment front door. The apartment itself is on one level (2nd floor).

Please note the apartment is strictly no smoking. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

If you have an infant and want to bring them on your trip then this is welcomed, however please note that we do not currently provide any facilities to accommodate this so you will need to bring your own travel cot etc. The hallway is big enough to store a pram and it can be taken up to the second floor via the lift.
