Small apartment, but I have space in the living room for guests to stay on my futon. I'm very close to Boston, you can see the skyline from my front porch.
I live across the street from the Malden Center T. The apartment is a small 1 Bedroom 1 bath and in living room area I have a futon for guests to use. I have extra towels, toiletries and linens. I've been in Boston for over 10 years, love the city and could make many suggestions for sightseeing.
You can use stove, store food in fridge and I will provide cereal and yogurt for breakfast. Also if you need wi-fi.
Interaction with Guests
I can be available for as much or as little as you need. During the week I work until 5:30p.m. but can be reached by phone or email.
The neighborhood is very diverse and there are some good restaurants nearby. Also there is a lake and a park within walking distance.
Yes!! I can see the Orange line T stop from my front porch, very convenient! I don't have a car so I use public transit every day.
I do not allow smoking in the house, also no drugs. Any behavior such as picking up a one-night stand and bringing them into my home is prohibited.
Candice was very accommodating and pleasant and her place was just 5 minutes from where I was going.
Candice was an excellent host. Very helpful during the booking process and during our stay with a quick response. The room was small but cosy. We had good access to the kitchen and restroom. Great location for travelling into Boston on the trolley. Candice also offered good sightseeing advice.
It was so nice to stay with Candice. She is so nice and kind. She gave me a comfortable place with drink and food. I really hope to stay with her again soon.
Candice was a great hostess! My trip to Boston was a huge success and my stay at this place made it all possible. The location is great and very convenient for taking the T. Candice made me feel very welcome and very comfortable; all I could want when in a new city and tired after exploring all day long! I would definitely stay here again when I return to this beautiful city.
Listing description was accurate, neighborhood seemed pleasant (I really didn't get to spend any time there), and having such direct access to the T was great! Candice was very accommodating and even offered to meet me at the T station to make sure I could find her apartment.
Candice was great. She welcomed us very nicely, and we felt like at home! She lives really really close to the metro, so that was perfect for us, for a short visit in Boston.
The place of Candice was confortable and well placed, very close to the station.
Candice as we did not had time to spend some time together, was really nice to wait for me the day i cam, was really late.
Recommanded 100% if you need to stay days in Boston area :)
