We welcome you to one of the 3 bedrooms of this magnificent house, generally rented for 15 people. In off-peak times, we open the door of one of its rooms to appreciate its beautiful energy.
Your privacy is preserved.
We don't live in this house. Last-minute stay only.
FOR YOU:
Large bedroom of 35m² with its private bathroom, toilet and bathtub without jets, well water.
Bed base 190 x 160. Linens provided.
For the 3rd person, we add a 180 out of 80 folding bed with sheets on request (10eur more if you 2 instead of 3).
Private, independent entrance to the room from the outside + covered terrace with chairs and table.
To be SHARED with the other tenants on site if available:
- outdoor areas,
- on request, living room with large TV with chromecast, meal and equipped kitchenette, coffee provided (open from 9am to 10pm for tenants exclusively). This space must be returned in perfect condition of cleanliness.

Ability to see the stars in the summer. That's great. Check with us before booking 24 HOURS in advance to choose your instance and check if the hot tub is available.
The outdoor spaces (ping pong/pétanque/plain and forest), living room and jacuzzi can be used by other guests if other rooms in the cottage are rented. Only your room is private with independent entrance.

- Private round trip transfer from the airport to the villa: €80 per trip (max. 8 pers.)
- Rental of traffic 9 places per day for €50 + €8 every 100 km via OUICAR Gasoline is at your expense as well as the commissions to be paid on the site.

- late check-in after 9pm: 10 euros.

Before booking, we ask that we read our rules and other comments for noise and party above all. Discretion on evenings and Sundays for the respect of the neighborhood.

Other occupants may be present in the villa. We limit the number to 3 bedrooms for everyone's comfort.
Excellent insulation, you don't hear the neighbors.
Each has its own space, the rest of the house is 350 m2 and is uninhabited during your rental (except the bedrooms).
