Located steps from the ocean, with some of the most beautiful sunsets in the country. Top floor unit with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open floor concept create the perfect beach getaway! Ocean views can be enjoyed from almost every spot of the house as well as from the amazing deck, perfect for entertaining, enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, and relaxing in the afternoon for our epic sunsets.

The space
Our mid-century modern but cozy beach house is perfect for families, friends or couples. After stepping into the door you see the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Keep in mind this is the original house with some updated amenities.

Living room: the living room has a sectional couch and two chairs. There is a TV with Roku where you can access all your streaming accounts. The AC/Heater is above the tv and the remote stays on the coffee table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is next to the living room and has basics like a full set of pans, cooking utensils, baking sheet, blender, toaster, drip coffee machine, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide ground coffee and Keurig pods.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a memory foam King mattress, closet, and a side table.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is next to the King bedroom and has two full size beds, tv, a closet, and a side table. There are some water views from this room.

Bedroom 3: This is a small bedroom with French doors that is adjacent to the living room. This bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress and small side table.

*All bedrooms have luggage racks.

Bathroom: There is one bathroom with a bathtub/shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and towels. We ask that you please use the grey/black towels/washcloths for your make up.

Deck: There is a deck with a large sectional and a BBQ.

Side/front yard: There is a table that sits 6 people.

Backyard: The backyard is shared with the lower unit. There is a dining table that fits 6 and a fire pit with chairs. The backyard is accessed through the gate next to the garage.

Please note - This is an older home and there is no central heat or AC. There is no AC in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have space heaters and ceiling fans. . We have a ductless mini split (AC/Heat) unit in the living room.
