Welcome to Kill Devil Thrills, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home perfectly situated between the ocean and the sound in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Just a short walk or bike ride to 3rd Street beach access, this home is great for families, couples, and adventure-seekers! With a fully enclosed backyard, private hot tub, & expansive front porch, this home provides the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor fun in a prime location to enjoy all the Outer Banks has to offer.

The space
Ths home boasts a large front porch for enjoying sunsets, a private enclosed porch for cooler summer nights, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floor plan living area, enclosed back yard with gas grill and private hot tub (serviced twice per week). The home has a fully enclosed backyard for your kids or pets to enjoy. Beach chairs, 2 adult bicycles and sand toys are available for guest use as well as on-site laundry services and plenty of free parking. There is a King size bed in the primary bedroom along with a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equiped with blackout curtains for those mornings you just want to sleep in! With a fully enclosed backyard, a private hot tub, and an expansive front porch, this home provides the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor fun. Whether you're watching the sunset over the sound on Bay Drive, taking a short drive to local attractions, or simply unwinding in the outdoor seating area, this home offers a prime location with easy access to the best of the Outer Banks. Starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, and coffee pods are provided.

Guest access
Walking, biking or driving are all easy ways to get around the area. Guests can park in the driveway that leads to a covered area under the house. Two adult bicycles are provided to enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer. Keyless entry makes checking in a breeze!
On site laundry room is availble for guest use at no additional cost.

Other things to note
The hot tub is serviced twice per week so it is possible guests my encounter someone from the spa company. No access to living area is required, hot tub is accessed through carport.
Refill for gas grill can be made at Food Lion.
There is a 1 dog maximum for this house. Exceptions may be made for size and breed of dog but an additional fee of $100 will be charged for a second dog. No cats are permitted in this home.

We are 0.6 miles from the main beach and the sound side, with public access to the boat ramp and walking trail. (With a famous OBX sunset view!) Walking, biking, or driving is doable when planning your beach day.
