Our bunk room has a full bed and twin bed, a twin memory foam roll out cot, Tv and half bathroom. Access to the lounge which includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, loveseat, TV/cable. Sit on the patio or bleachers and watch the horses train anytime. Bring your own horse for lessons or borrow one of ours for lessons!

We are offering our bunk room with a bunk bed. The beds are full and twin-size mattresses, a memory foam twin-size roll-away cot, a TV with cable, and a half bath. Guests will also have access to the lounge which includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, loveseat, TV/cable. Sit on the patio or bleachers and watch the horses train anytime. Bring your own horse for lessons or borrow one of ours for lessons!

You do have a private half bath in the bunk room. Access to a SHARED shower in my assistant’s apartment with a private access door to the bathroom with a shower and dryer. The shower is available for long-term guests staying multiple nights. Open hours 8 AM to 8 PM. Shower times must be set up and arranged with our Transitions assistant who lives in the main apartment.

Other things to note
We do have a extra cot if needed. Please try to tidy the room when you are finished, you can leave all of the dirty towels in the bathroom sink.

We ask that the earliest you check-in is 12 or 1 (central time) and check-out is at 10 am.

Please do not feed the horses or go into the barn after 8 PM or before 8 AM. When you are in the barn please no pets, no running, please do not walk behind the horses and be respectful of customers.
