The space
Perfect Summer/Ski Getaway! Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath House with Jacuzzi/BBQ...only 1 mile from the lake, walking distance to regional parks/trails and 5-20 miles from 3 ski resorts. Very nicely decorated and furnished, so please only inquire if you are looking for a very nice, peaceful house to spend time in Lake Tahoe.

Entire house (bedrooms, bathrooms, living-dining rooms, entertainment cabinet (TV, stereo, dvd/video player), fully stocked kitchen, deck with jacuzzi & BBQ, garage & driveway.

We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood called Kingswood Estates. It's very well kept and plowed during the winters, includes both vacation and permanent houses, and borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails and public tennis courts and fields.

The Tahoe Area Regional Transit Bus picks up right at Kingwood Drive and Highway 267, so just a couple of blocks away, and takes you to the major resorts and around the lake. Taxis are also available.

NEW mattresses by Winkbeds, NEW larger 50" Smart TV with sound bar, NEW fridge & stove, and NEW Sonos speaker to listen to your music.

You are renting an entire house so you have your independence and access to the entire house ,deck with hot tub, and backyard. You are able to self-check-in/out.

Other things to note
We manage our rental house ourselves, versus having a house management service that limits supplies to maximize their revenue, so you will notice that our house feels like a home while remaining your home! And you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, with exceptional pots/pans and plenty of oils/spices to enjoy home cooked meals together.
