Snowshoeing (2 sets provided) paradise with a private sledding hill and 1000s of acres of winter exploration.

Easy highway access with complete seclusion (view pictures). 15 minutes to Buena Vista, 25 minutes to Mt. Princeton (hot springs), 35 minutes to Salida, and 50 minutes to Breckeridge.
