The space
The First-Floor Master Bedroom has a New King-Size Bed Set! Upstairs the second bedroom also has a Queen Bed and third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also a Daybed with underneath trundle in the upstairs Loft and a sleeper sectional pull-out sofa.

The living room and master bedroom has a TV with streaming services available. This home has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home, except the garage and an upstairs closet. There is a community swimming pool located in the neighborhood.

The Home is less than 3 miles away from most local attractions in Millville, Ocean View, Bethany Beach and most importantly the Bethany Boardwalk & the Beach!!

Other things to note
The home is two-stories with needing to climb stairs to access the second floor. However the Master Bedroom is on the first floor and there are no steps to enter the home.

Please note that Trailers and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed in the neighborhood per the HOA guidelines. If brought they will need to be parked in the nearby Shopping Center.

Also all vehicles must be parked in the driveway or a nearby community parking lot. Parking on the roadways is not permitted at any time and may be subject to fines/towing.

Note: This home is directly adjacent to woods and some bugs may be in and around the home.
