The space

In the heart of Las Palmas, this lovely penthouse with terrace and solarium is completely equipped with all commodities you will need to enjoy your stay.

Tastefully decorated, it will make you feel at home. To discover the city you can use two bicycles available with which you can reach our urban beaches in 20 minutes through the maritime promenade. If you rent a car to move around the island, a 2-minutes-from-home parking will be at your disposal.

From this house, placed in a quiet historical pedestrian street, you could visit by walking the old part of the city and also one of our most popular commercial streets. This area is the hub of the main theaters, museums and cultural activities as well as is close to all amenities you may require (public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, post office, pharmacies, tourist information points, etc).

I am delighted that you have chosen my house for spending your trip to the island of Gran Canaria. In order to guarantee a pleasant stay for everybody, I'd truly appreciate if you respect my neighbors and follow these simple rules:

- Due to the enter into force of the local regulation for holidays houses and also for preserving your security, I will kindly ask you to provide the Passport or ID card of all guests in order to fill in a brief contract you have to sign at your arrival.

- Pets, smoking indoors, make parties or extra guests to sleep at home are not allowed. In sum, I would like from you to feel at home as if you were in yours, trusting in your respect and consideration.

- All objects that are in the house have their history and soul. I want you enjoy them but please do not move things around to avoid unnecessary accidents. If any of them fortuitously happen, I would appreciate if you tell me to find the best solution asap.

- Check-in is, in principle, from 4pm (16h) on. However, I can consider a flexible schedule according to your arrival, if the house is able to be ready (that depends on the previous guests) and if I can manage to solve the keys’ delivery. Late check-in is also possible but, from 22h. there is an extra fee of (30€) that you have to pay with the aim of having a trustworthy person (an oficial taxi driver) who will be waiting for you at the airport for giving you the keys personally. For sure, if you like you can take advantage of him for reaching the house by taxi (this transfer is included in the previous fee). Due to security reasons, I do not give keys to third parties who are not guests.

- I like to meet my guests and share with you my knowledge of the island so, if for any reason we do not meet the day of arrival, I will suggest to arrange an appointment during the following days to personally welcome you. In addition, this encounter will allow me to write a better review at the end of your trip.

- Check-out is, in principle until 12pm (12h). However, I can consider the possibility of a late check-out but always if I have no other guests coming the same day of your departure. Depending on the time you are leaving, we can meet again for the keys' delivery or you just simply can leave them inside the house and shut the door by pulling it and making sure that is properly close.

- I hope you enjoy as much as possible your stay at home. With this aim, I will be at your disposal through Airbnb messaging system or by SMS at your convenience. For anything you may need, I will be pleased to help you.



Estoy encantada de que hayáis elegido quedaros en mi casa. Espero que la estancia sea muy placentera, para lo cual solo os pediré que respetéis a mis vecinos y que sigáis las siguientes sencillas normas:

- Debido a la entrada en vigor de la regulación local para el alquiler vacacional y con el fin de garantizar vuestra seguridad, necesitaré que me facilitéis los pasaportes o DNIs de todos los invitados con el fin de preparar un pequeño contrato que debéis firmar a vuestra llegada.

- No están permitidas mascotas, fumar dentro de casa, realizar fiestas o invitados extra que duerman en casa. En esencia, no me gustaría que hicieseis en casa lo que a vosotros no os gustaría que hiciesen en la vuestra, así que confío en vuestro respeto y consideración.

- Todos los objetos que están dentro de casa tienen su historia y su alma. Deseo que los disfrutéis pero os ruego no mover las cosas de sitio para evitar accidentes innecesarios. Si fortuitamente ocurriese alguno de ellos, me gustaría más que me lo dijeseis para poder encontrar la mejor solución.

- Las entradas son, en principio, a partir de las 16h. No obstante, podemos valorar la posibilidad de realizarlas antes siempre que la casa esté disponible y pueda gestionar la entrega de llaves. Es posible realizar entradas tarde pero, a partir de las 22h. es preciso pagar una tasa extra (30€) para poner a disposición a una persona de confianza (que además es taxista oficial) que estará esperando en el aeropuerto para entregaros la llave personalmente. Por supuesto, podéis aprovechar para llegar a casa en taxi con él (este transfer ya estaría incluido en la tasa mencionada). Por motivos de seguridad, las llaves no podrán ser entregadas a terceras personas que no sean los huéspedes.

- Me gusta conocer a las personas que alojo en casa y compartir con ellas mi conocimiento de la isla así que, en caso de que no nos encontremos el día de la llegada por alguna razón, os propondré vernos al día siguiente para daros personalmente la bienvenida. Además, así podré evaluaros mejor al final de vuestro viaje.

- Las salidas son, en principio, hasta las 12h. Sin embargo, podemos valorar la posibilidad de realizarlas más tarde siempre que no reciba a otros huéspedes ese mismo día. En función de la hora, podemos volver a encontrarnos para la entrega de llaves o bien dejarlas vosotros dentro de casa y cerrar tirando de la puerta, asegurando que ésta queda debidamente cerrada.

- Deseo que disfrutéis mucho de vuestra estancia y para eso, quedo a vuestra disposición a través de la mensajería de Airbnb o de SMS a vuestra conveniencia. Cualquier cosa que necesitéis, estaré encantados de ayudaros.

No parking on property - The house is just in the heart of the city, surrounded by pedestrian streets but if you have a car, I can arrange a parking spot 3’ walking from home

Lovely , comfortable,well styled apartment with everything you might need. Location lets you enjoy straight away the city vibe with nearby cafes and boutiques.While the apartments 2 roof top terraces give you outdoor space and privacy to relax . Adriana was a lovely host and answered all our questions promptly .

We loved everything about Adriana's place - it was a really comfortable and well designed attic space in the beautiful streets of Triana. The two tier roof terrace was especially good for relaxing in the sun and looking out to the hills of Las Palmas. We really liked the area, with great restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep, we couldn't have been happier with the location. Adriana was a lovely host, very friendly and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd love to go back and highly recommend the listing!

Atico is a wonderful apartment in the central parts of Las Palmas. It's perfect for a couple looking for a city close vacation but the beach is only a 20 minutes bus ride away. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Las Palmas.

We had a wonderful week at Adriana's place. As all the other reviews state, it's a lovely apartment in a great location & she's a fantastic host - offering tips on where to eat, places to visit & generally being extremely helpful. If you want a city break in lovely Las Palmas, with easy access to great restaurants & all the city/island has to offer - this is a terrific place to stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with Adriana and her excellent customer service and attention to detail. The apartment is right in the centre close to transport facilities, excellent restaurants and bars and most smaller cafes open at 7 for breakfast. There's a supermarket close by so everything is at your finger tips. Adriana has two bicycles which you can use which was so handy, we cycled to the marina, the beaches and the old fishing village for a superb lunch at Los Botes which we recommend if you love fish. The apartment is gorgeous too and a lot of thought has gone into the interior which is superb. There's Netflix and computer and wifi access, she even left us some milk and beer in the fridge when we arrived, plus chocolates on the bed. We really can't fault anything, some say the bathroom is small but it was fine for us. We highly recommend her.

Stylish apartment, fantastic location and a really lovely host, who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was one to be remembered. Adriana was great, she gave us some great advice on the local restaurants, and even reviewed my list of recommended places to eat! Best Airbnb experience by far!

All the reviews are not exaggerated, this place is a real gem. The location couldn't be better, the facilities are excellent and there are many restaurants very close by. The old town has a great atmosphere and the beach at las Canteras can be reached easily on the 17 bus. The parking space is a must if you have a car and worth the fee. Adriana is extremely helpful and a lovely person. We will definitely return, 2 weeks wasn't enough. Thanks again Adriana, see you in the future, regards Steve and Jan
