Nothing in the lodge was left untouched during the renovation. It is set up for entire families or groups that love the outdoors but enjoy the amenities of a luxury hotel suite. The lodge is located at the entrance to the Cataract State Recreation Area. A short walk from the front door and your standing at one of the most magnificent water fall features in the Midwest. The lodge has three individual suites with adjoining doors and is perfect for family gatherings, weddings and retreats.

The space
The house was once the main lodge to a small resort back in the 1950's. It's a long and narrow structure that has been renovated from top to bottom with all the amenities and luxuries that you can expect and then some. Indoors and out, the house is set up for a comfortable stay that is sure to provide a wonderful and memorable experience for everybody.

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!! The Park Ave. property is my first for the AirBnB market. If it’s all about location as they say in the business, this spot is truly in the hottest spot in the city. The moment I saw it I knew what it was meant to be. To be Shared by many and welcome to all. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to our great city.
