Occupied by Donna Jean and Don, a Harley couple in their mid fifties and their fur babies (cats). This house is casual & comfortable with a split floor plan. Your room is by itself and across the house from our room. Your room is cozy with an amazingly comfortable Full size bed w/ hotel quality premium linens. The room has a large overstuffed massage chair, desk & Smart TV. Back porch is an oasis with a porch swing, hot tub, covered patio and great views.

The space
Quiet and peaceful. No neighbors makes our house feel secluded and private (it s on a full acre size lot)...but just walk down the street 3 min to 2 restaurants and even a smoothie place! Walk 2 min more to intersection with a gas station and convenience store. Super Walmart within 2 miles. Enjoy the feel of living in the country with the city amenities literally right around the corner!

Kentwood neighborhood is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Big Spring. Our street only has 5 houses on it and you can t see neighbors from any side of the house.

VERY safe area...you never see anyone...only cars driving down the street and the mail man.

Don and Donna Jean…we re a laid back Harley couple in our mid-fifties.

Don works full time at the VA Medical Center as a Boiler Operator.

Donna Jean is a retired Air Force veteran (26 yrs active duty, SMSgt/E-8, Airborne Russian Interpreter and First Sergeant) who spends her time puttering in the house, loving on their cats, and working part time in restaurants.

Donna Jean loves board games and card games.

Don is into motorcycle mechanics and riding.

What makes our house special is that it is private and secluded on a 1 acre lot with no neighbors, but if u walk 3 min around the corner there s a breakfast restaurant (Sunny Side Up) a Southwestern restaurant (Crispy s Cafe) and even a Smoothie place!

Walk 2 min more up to the stop light and there s a gas station and DK convenience store, and a Family Dollar store. The Super Walmart is less than 2 miles away.

The house feels like it is out in the country...quiet, peaceful and with great views, but the city is right around the corner.

Don works full time and does a rotating shift.

Donna Jean is retired but stays busy with part time jobs so we ll be in and out.

Guests are welcome to socialize with us (Donna Jean LOVES board and card games) but there will also be plenty of private time when both of us are not home.
