Cozy & private, but close to the action! You’re a short walk to the Indiana University sports complex (Football, Basketball and Baseball), and you are a quick drive to the IU Campus, Downtown Bloomington, the IU Health Hospital, and Griffy Lake & Nature Preserve. The Garden Studio is located in a secluded backyard surrounded by gardens, pond and waterfall.

The space
The Garden Studio is perfect for sports fans, parents of IU students, visiting professors, families (with one or two children), music buffs, and outdoor lovers. Read, relax, or get set to go! The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the amenities for cooking. If you don't find what you are looking for, just ask! It is clean and comfortable with a couch for lounging and a queen-sized memory-foam mattress for a restful night's sleep. The space easily accommodates two people, but the pullout sofa bed can accommodate two more. The bathroom is complete with natural toiletries, 100% cotton towels, and a Waterpik Elite shower head. In the warmer seasons, the large outside deck provides another private space for watching the stars and enjoying the aquatic life in the surrounding fish pond.

Brick pathways and stone-walled gardens amid stately trees and perennial flowers will guide you to the privacy of the Garden Studio, which is tucked into the half-acre backyard.
