Centrally located in Fresno. The entire north side of our home is yours with a separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. Self check-in and out. Includes large space with a living, dining & sleep area, plus private bathroom.

The space
-Self check-in and check-out. Check-in after 3:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
-Private entrance from the backyard.
-Large space with queen size bed as well as a small living area. Can easily accommodate 4 people as we have a great, queen size air mattress.
-Private bathroom.
-Access to wireless internet
-Large TV. Netflix, cable and DVD player
- Mini "kitchen area" with microwave, fridge and KEURIG (just added! not pictured) and snacks.
-Parking spot in the driveway.
-Washer/dryer access.
-Access to backyard.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire north side of the house. This area is above our garage and closed off from the rest of the house. We now have an awesome renter (one of our best friends) on our side of the house and she will occasionally need to do laundry on your side of the house, but will try to do it while you are not home.

Neighborhood highlights

We love our neighborhood. It is quiet and close to EVERYTHING since we are so centrally located. We are close to many grocery stores, restaurants and minutes from CA-41 & CA-99. We are also very close to Fig Garden Village Shopping Center that has great restaurants and shopping. 3 minutes from Whole Foods!
