The space
All new mid century modern furniture throughout the home. The kitchen boasts premier appliances that will excite any cooking enthusiasts to create meals while overlooking the marsh and water. Up the stairs to the second floor, there is the full bath with walk in shower and vaulted ceilings original from when the home was built. across from that there is the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the marsh and Atlantic ocean. There, you'll notice an 80 year old door that leads out to the very large roof top deck that overlooks the expansive property, dock, marsh, river, city, and Atlantic ocean. Just down the exterior steps is the Balance & Clarity 7 spa by Master Spa, nestled privately under an Oak canopy. Inside and Down the few steps from the kitchen you will enter a hallway to the 2nd bedroom with vaulted ceilings and pass by the half bath and laundry room. sorry no pets
