House in the center of Trastevere, in the silent part between Santa Cecilia and the Tiber Island. House usually inhabited by a family of 4 persons. We rent it in the moments that we are out of Rome for work. The house is on the second and top floor in a historic building in a quiet corner, and no cars. The house is 100 square meters, consists of a spacious living room, a large double bedrooms and two loft, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a kitchen fully equipped with a small balcony.
Accessories: hair dryer, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, dvd, vhs, wi-fi internet, ironing facilities, heating, bed linen, towels.
Being habitually inhabited, as I said, there are lockers with our things, even if it is our pleasure to liberate one for guests.
We accept guests with dogs paying 10 € a day more.
The house is located in one of the most beautiful historic districts of Rome, from which you can easily explore the center on foot within a few meters away there are shops, restaurants and services to suit all tastes. The Tiber is only minutes away and the summer is driven by market stalls and restaurants.
The rent ranges from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 2 weeks.

Guendalina's apartment was perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, great location for walking Rome, lovely in it's decor. Unlike some places that are only for renters, Guendalina's place has the feel of a lovingly cared for family home. Some steps to get to her place but not bad at all. Restaurants on every corner. Quaint neighborhood. Everything you could want. Some early morning street and bird noise but it all adds to the experience. Recommended for those who want to walk to all the sites.
Guendalina's apartment in Trastevere is wonderful, a real find. Centrally located, beautifully appointed with an interesting mix of private bedrooms and common areas, it is tucked away down a narrow street. I've already recommended it to others.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Guendalina's beautiful home. The apartment is charming, full of character, extremely comfortable and spacious,a perfect location from which to explore the city,it is possible to reach most areas on foot.We loved the Trastevere area for dining at night, so many wonderful places to eat and such a great 'vibe'.Guendalina was a wonderful host, she explained everything very clearly and made us feel very welcome in her home.
We spent 3 nights at Guendalina's home in Trastevere / Roma. The apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated. The apartment also had a cute little balcony facing the inner yard. The location is perfect - you can walk everywhere and the area (Trastevere) is full of cute little restaurants and not so pricey as the surroundings near Pantheon / Vatican / Trevi.
There was 3 adults of us staying, and each one of us had our own bedrooms - one downstairs where the rest of the living space is (this was the best bedroom and the coolest) and two in the attic. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that the beds were slightly too hard for us.
The kitchen had all mod cons and living room TV and stereos. Wifi also worked well.
Check in was easy, we did not meet Guendalina but her daughter was there to take us in and show us around.
I would definitely recommend this place.
We spent a wonderful week at guendalina's appartment which is very lovely, quiet and warm in the best area in Roma.
It's very clean and there's everything you need to cook.
Guendalina is a very nice person.
We recommand everyone to stay at this place.
Wonderful, roomy apartment for a family of four in a brilliant location. Walked everywhere. Great restaurants and bars close by. Guendalina gave us a lovely warm welcome with some useful hints on local shops etc. Even though it was very hot in Rome and there is no aircon, the apartment remained a cool oasis to return to. There were fans, but we didn't use them much as there is a natural breeze that flows through the place as it is quite near the river (which attracts the noisy gulls). Thanks Guendalina for helping to make our stay in Rome so memorable.
My son, daughter and I were so lucky to have found Guendalina's apartment to rent for 5 days. It was a fantastic place!
Guendalina was gracious and accommodating of our special circumstances. We were walking to Rome on a camino and our luggage was delivered separately. That was so helpful right from the start.
The apartment is charming and very comfortable. While there isn't air conditioning, there are fans and a continuous breeze flowing through. The apartment had everything we needed.
The apartment was centrally located. We walked to everything! And it was convenient to be located in Trastevere - but in the quiet part of the area.
This is almost too small to mention - but there was only one little issue. The seagulls was very noisy! Yes - seagulls. I don't know if they have nests on the roof. But we used earplugs and were fine.
So I recommend this apartment and Guendalina for a great experience in Roma.
We loved our stay at Guendalina's. The kitchen is very well setup for cooking. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the apartment is spacious - especially for being in the center of Rome. The neighborhood is quiet and it's easy to get to everything. Tram 8 gets you to Largo Argentina and Trastevere Station. I would hightly recommend a stay here! We met Guendalina and she oriented us to the neighborhood and the apartment. She was very helpful.
We had a perfect stay in Guendalina´s apartment. It was very cosy and personal. The area was nice and quiet, and very easy to reach all the sites in Rome by feet. Guendalina is a very sweet host.
This was our first airbnb experience and a very positive one. A lovely, atmospheric flat right in the centre of a very picturesque area. Guendalina was there to meet us and was very friendly and helpful. Lots to do nearby but also very accessible to the famous Roman sites and sights. We walked virtually everywhere. Our week went by too quickly. Grazie molto!
