Just few rules:
1) Respect the neighbors. Since you are living in a building with normal flats and people who are permanently living here you must respect the neighbors. You are NOT ALLOWED to listen loud music/tv or to do party inside the flat. Especially before 8 am and after 9pm you must avoid any noise that can be disturb other people.
2) Use of Internet. You are not allowed to download any program or file that is not legal. Police's german downloading rules are quite strictly and if something illegal has been downloaded, they can catch you and let pay fees (around 2000 €).
3) Smoking in the flat is not allowed.
This studio is only a few steps from the Ubahn and buzzing Bergmanstrasse. I love the location! The flat itself is light and spacious.
I stayed for a week and also stayed in to work a little.
Some earplugs might come in handy since the building is in a courtyard so reflects noise. Not a problem when you sleep with the windows closed though.
Mario and Sofia were very helpful overall. Apartment looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful location. Internet at the apartment doesn't work very well.
Mario's place was exactly what we needed. From a smooth check-in to a great listing, I'm so happy we chose his place. I'd highly recommend his place for anyone traveling to Berlin.
Position of flat gorgeous. Great neighborhood. The host leave the key at time agreed (11 am) and explain to us some tips and tricks of Berlin.
Unfortunately big red stains like blood and some white stains on the bed.
On the floor close to bed other red stain.
So we called Mario to explain problem. Mario promised us to resolve it. After this call Mario is disappeared. We called Mario 4 times but Mario not response. Mario is probably fallen in a black hole.
Mario has failed not because the sheets was dirty (a problem sometimes can happens to everyone) but because he closed phone and we lost any contact with him.
So I not recommend Mario liek an host. He should to know as manage a problem and at least try to resolve it.
Bye bye Mario.
Dear Claudio, thanks for your feedback. Regarding your complaints I have to tell you that I'm a little bit surprised... Actually after our call, I immediately called the cleaning lady who told me that she brought and left new bedlines in a blue bag inside the flat. Maybe You simply didn't see that? Anyway I NEVER get 4 callings by you, and I didn't hear anything else by you after our first call, so I tought that everything was fine. Also you never wrote me a mail or a message on airbnb, which is actually the standard way to follow if you cannot reach your host per phone, but as I said you I never get a message, text, mail, call by you. Otherwise I would have helped you! And that is my position regarding your complaints.
Regarding the way you put me in a bad light as a host I would like to remember you something that you completely didn't mention in your one-sided feedback. I ve spent like 40 minutes before your arrival talking to you on the phone and explaining in every single detail the flat, the building, the district and giving you also the best tips for locations, bars, stores, and nice streets. Also when you called me telling me that there was stains on the bedlines, you also told me that I didn't have to call at all the cleaning lady because you could just wash them by your self, but I insisted for a change...
Apparently you didn't remember the good sides of me as guest and that is poor and really not fair.
the apartment is very bright, clean and very well connected. The meter communicates directly with the sxf airport. Sofia girl very attentive responsible for cleaning.
