This Modern and Spacious 4 br Farm House sits on 2 acres of land and is surrounded by 60 acres of preserved woodlands, trails and walking access to Laurel Lake.
Come enjoy the beach, wineries, great restaurants and unforgettable sunsets.

The space
The House is a multi level ranch style home that sleeps eight with 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms. The first level has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, laundry room, very ample living room with wood burning fireplace, HD flat screen TV, Hi Fi stereo and Internet connection. From the kitchen you can access the screened in porch, the perfect place for breakfast or late night cocktails!

Downstairs is a big bedroom (that can easily fit a pack-and-play) with a queen size bed and a private full bathroom. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms. A Master Suite with King size bed and private half bath, another bedroom with a queen size bed and the last one with two twin beds. The bedrooms share a full bathroom as well.

It is a seven-minute drive to beautiful beaches on the Sound and Peconic Bay. A short walk down our dirt road takes you to Laurel Lake Preserve, which is great for swimming, fishing, and walks on the 14 miles of trails through woods and sand dunes. Our vegetable garden and fire pits are there for your use. We also have a few bicycles, a gas grill, beach gear, and kids toys!

A short drive away gets you to the historic fishing village of Greenport, Shelter Island, the Hamptons and nearby shopping at Tanger Outlets in Riverhead. There is something for everyone here.

Mattitucks' Love Lane is 5 minutes drive away. Great Cheese Shop, Lombardis Market, Love Lane Kitchen.
Full service Supermarket in town, and delicious Ice Cream at The Magic Fountain.
The Jitney has a stop right in Mattituck Plaza and the train station is a few minutes away.
