The apartment is entirely at your disposal.
It is renovated to new, cozy, bright, furnished with warm and cheerful colors, parquet, on the first floor with elevator.
Available Wi-Fi Fiber 2.5 Gigabit, use of the workspace with printer/scanner, air conditioning in the room, central heating, double glazing at the windows and hot tub.

The space
The house is arranged in L, with parquet floor.
The entrance is directly on the study with work table, ergonomic gaming chair and printer, double sofa bed, bookcase and an additional small table with ergonomic office chair.
There is also a large shoe cabinet with mirrored doors and a space for jackets.
The studio allows privacy through a sliding curtain (currently removed, but I can put it back if you want).

Next to the studio is the bathroom with a hot tub, decorated with lawns and flowers with hand-painted tiles.
Above the washing machine you can also find usb power sockets.
Washing machine, two drying rooms and clothes pegs are at your disposal.

Please kindly wash your dishes/load and operate the dishwasher after use: the detergent and gloves are at your disposal free of charge.
There are 3 supermarkets close to home, two of which are open until 10pm.

In the cozy double bedroom, in shades of pink and lilac, the bed has a comfortable new generation Memory mattress and mirrored wardrobes.
The headboard of the bed has a double padding for your comfort (the outer one is removable and washable, and has a pocket on both sides).
The lighting is double, both in warm light with the central chandelier, and in variable colors with perimeter strip led with remote control.
Numerous electrical outlets and light controls and shutters are also accessible from both sides of the bed, above the bedside tables.
For your belongings, you have two whole closets, at least two further large shelves in a third closet and coat rack, all in the double bedroom.
