This incredible penthouse apartment extends over the entire second floor of the vacation home built in 2021 with a total of 5 units. Modern fixtures, underfloor heating, a fireplace and high-quality furnishings with attention to detail ensure a pure "feel-good" stay.
The approx. 200 m² apartment incl. terrace has incredible sea views and gives the feeling of being surrounded by water. On the other side you can see the mountains - Cape Town feeling!

The space
The non-smoking apartment has three bedrooms. 2 of them are equipped with a 180 cm and 2 x 160 cm beds. This makes it ideal for 6 people. A large, open bathroom and a dressing room are attached to the master bedroom. The smaller bedrooms share an approx. 12 sqm bathroom with bidget, toilet and shower. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Cozy sun loungers and a gas grill allow you to spend the day and evening on the huge, partially covered terrace. For cooling off, the in-house pool, which is used by all units, is at their disposal. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, thermomix, bread slicer, coffee machine, dishwasher and and and and the apartment is equipped with 4 smart TVs (in each bedroom and living room).
The underfloor heating and the fireplace in the spacious living room promise a cozy and relaxing vacation even in the low season. The pool is heated in the off-season (28-30°)
Internet is of course available free of charge.

Our holiday guests have their own parking spaces in the outdoor area and also loungers and with umbrella directly on the beach.

With this apartment, we have fulfilled our private dream. Unfortunately, we cannot use it as much, so we have decided to rent it out. We have put a lot of love into this apartment and hope that our guests will relax and feel just as comfortable there as we do. In summer, it's a dream, but also in the low season, it's an oasis of relaxation with long walks and incredible sunsets. Basically, the apartment is ideal for families with 4 children and also with the in-laws/parents together, but also for 2 families with one child. An additional baby crib (up to 2 years) also fits easily. The apartment is also suitable for 6 adults - but for this I need a good gut feeling in terms of renting ...

Neighborhood highlights

The apartment house is located in Privlaka on the side facing the sea, about 20 km from Zadar Airport - right on the water. A small staircase leads into the water and stands on sand that stretches throughout the bay. The bay is long and very shallow and ideal for children or also tempting to just sit in the shallow water with a cool beer or a glass of Proseco to cool off in the hot months. Privlaka is touristically diverse with hotels, apartments and campsites as well as restaurants and water sports, but not overcrowded. The main season is from June 1 June to August 30. During this time, life in Privlaka is at its peak. But even the off-season has its absolute charm despite small deficits, such as closed restaurants, power outages, etc. Experience it for yourself.

On its northeastern side, a few minutes' drive from the apartment house, lies the old royal city and cradle of Croatia, the town of Nin, whose old town on an island in the middle of a lagoon invites exploration. Every vacation day can start with an exciting discovery tour or become a relaxing chill-out.
