Where you’ll be

Pleasant Hill, Iowa, United States

A brief stroll down the hill you'll discover a full-sized grocery store, bike trails, dining, a pharmacy, and city parks.
It would be hard to find a better location to stay for events at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. The north and south entrances are only five minutes away.
Active guests will enjoy Sleepy Hollow Sports Park, Copper Creek Lake and Golf Club, all within 10 minutes.
Des Moines tourists can reach the East Village shopping district, Court Avenue and the downtown farmer's market, Iowa Cubs stadium, Wells Fargo Arena, Drake University, and Lauridsen Skatepark (largest in the nation), plus Altoona mainstays such as Adventureland and Adventure Bay, the Bass Pro Shop, Outlets of DSM, all in 15 min or less.
The airport and Blank Park Zoo are twenty minutes away.
