Casa Minami is located in Ponta do Sol, surrounded by banana fields, mountains and panoramic sea views. The suite is a self contained flat on the ground floor of a renovated traditional palheiro house, offering a modern, minimalist and calm atmosphere.There's a garden with porch and lounge area for you to enjoy.The house is a 5 minute drive away from our local beach, boasting an idyllic cove for swimming, and 30 minutes from Funchal. Great for a beach holiday, or as a base to explore the island.

The space
The open plan suite has a double bed with wardrobe. The lounge and kitchen area is a comfortable space for relaxing. The bathroom has a large shower and modern finishings. The entire suite boasts beautiful views from every angle. There is a porch with comfortable seating and direct sea views, as well as a sun lounge area with equally lovely views. The suite has a private entrance.

The Levada Nova is located right behind the house, and offers the perfect levada experience. There are some local coffee shops in the neighbourhood, as well as little grocery stores. The town and beach are a 5 minute drive away, where you’ll find good quality restaurants and bars. Ponta do Sol lives up to its name as the sunniest part of the island.
