Welcome to The Wild Meadow. A place to rest and recharge and disconnect from the outside world and connect with the magical beauty that surrounds us. (I have wifi though:)

This cottage is bright and airy and has a private terrace with magical views

The cabin has a fireplace which is perfect for cozy nights and
there is a sauna on the property.

The beautiful lake is a beautiful walk/hike through nature or a short drive away.

The space
This cottage is bright and airy and has 2 comfortable single beds that can be put together and used as a double. I can also put in a 3d mattress in case you are 3 persons (for 200 sek extra/ night)

I offer cacao ceremonies and other healing sessions upon requests and if I am around you can also purchase a fantastic, nourishing and healthy breakfast or a cup of ceremonial cacao:)

You can rest in one of my hammocks in the warmer months, walk in the endless nature, swim in the nearby lake and explore the neighbourhood by bike- Its a true piece of heaven here.

The kitchen is a brand new shared outdoor kitchen (sharing with the glamping guests if any) AND if no-one is staying in the yoga barn you can use the inside kitchen there.

The toilet is an outdoor toilet shared with the glamping guests if any.
I also promote peeing in nature to save water and to get a true nature experience. Also the nature loves it:)
If no guests are renting the yoga barn you can use the toilet in there.
The kitchen is a basic outdoor kitchen unless the yoga barn is available, then you can use kitchen and toilet in there.

There is a new hot outdoor shower that is shared with other guests. There is a limited amount of water here in the summer months so use it mindfully

The sauna is 250 sek per session and its a magical experience.

Rent a towel and bedding for 200 sek per person.

The land has a lot of apple trees and once they are fruiting you are more than welcome to pick whatever you need for your stay. Sometimes I have the neighbours sheeps walking my land for food and its the best way to start the day to go say hi to them and give them a carrot or 2. They will love you.

Check in here for a true countryside experience where you really connect with nature. There is wifi but I suggest you really disconnect from your electronic devices and explore the nature and a good book- There is hammocks perfect for reading or just chilling.

If you want to get your hands dirty I always need a hand with garden work or fixing things and Im open for giving discounts in exchange for your help:) Just reach out.

I also offer classes, workshops and healing sessions in my barn- let me know if you are interested in a cacao ceremony, breathwork session, morning movement practice, holistic health coaching, herbalism courses and so on. You can check my website if you search on Nina Medicina for more info about my offerings.

I love the sounds of the birds, waking up early to the sunrise and overlooking the fields and lake for sunset- nothing beats that feeling. The neighbours are so friendly and I want to maintain that relationship so please don't be loud, play loud music or disturb them in any way. If you are looking for a place to have your party this is not it. I will send you a list of my favourite places to explore once you make your booking. The closest little village is Näsum where you can find a small market with basic foods but I recommend stopping on the way here at Ica Maxi in Bromölla och Ica in Arkelstorp

Looking forward meeting you.

Guest access
You will have access to the garden with firepit, BBQ and hammocks. Outdoor shower is shared with other guests if any.

Parking is easy and you can walk and bike around but you do need a car or bike to get here.

If I am around I can pick you up at the train in Bromölla for 350 sek or in Näsum for 150 sek.

During your stay
When I am here I will be around working the land or in my house which is very close by and I am happy to help out with what you may need but normally guests who are more easy going and do their own thing will be most comfortable here.

Sometimes I will rent out my other units and if so you will share kitchen, toilet and shower with the other guests.

For hot summer months there is water shortage so I encourage to bring eco soup and wash off in the beautiful lake. Short showers are also encouraged as well as using nature to pee in- she loves it:)

Other things to note
The yoga barn is rented out all July and August so it can not be used at this time.

The water comes from my own well so there is limited amount on hot summer days, so I invite you to be cautious of all water usage.

I love to bring my eco soup and rinse of in the nearby lake.

The closest swimming dock that can be used is a short drive or approx 15 min bike ride away.

You can also hike through the forest to the lake, I have a good swim spot approx 15 min walk from here but its a bit of an adventurous hike through some high grass etc.

My work: Herbalist and wellness entrepreneur
Speaks English and Swedish
Lives in Skåne County, Sweden
Hi, Im Nina Medicina and I left the big city life and a career in fashion and followed my heart that led me to a magical forest paradise in south of Sweden. I am now working with woman's health, herbalism, breathwork, ceremonial cacao and other healing modalities and I just love living a more quiet life in the country side, learning more about healing in and with nature! I love to learn more about nature and its cycles, to travel, photography, and anything that has to do with wellness and healing. When I travel I love to look up a farmers and a textile market as well as the local health food store. Im creating an oasis in my Wild Meadow where you can come to rest and recharge, learn more about healing with what nature provides and to connect with other likeminded people.
