Guest access
This is a cozy single bedroom with queen bed that adjoins a private hallway and dedicated private use bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the main house kitchen, laundry room, living room and backyard area (including Hot Tub) between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. The hallway to the main house can be segregated and secured for guest maximum privacy.

There is a dedicated refrigerator-freezer for guest perishables as well as dedicated cooking utensils, flatware, pots and pans etc.

Guests also have shared access to backyard area including BBQ equipment swing bar area, and hot tub..

During your stay
Host interacts with guests as needed. Guests will be afforded maximum privacy.

Neighborhood highlights

Maxent Tract is a quiet, uncongested neighborhood. This home is across the street from a city library, sports park, playground, and fitness park area. Youth football games and practices are occasionally played in the park, and can sometimes be enjoyed from the front porch. They are of no disturbance to my guests, but it is necessary to drive carefully when near the park-- especially during events.
