GLAMPING BARN IN DEVON in its own garden. Rustic bare foot simple living, ideal for couples who are nature lovers. Near Totnes Market town, between beaches & moors, walking distance from Riverford Farm Shop & wild swim spot in river dart. Features a slide open wall for indoor /outdoor living, fire pit, concrete floors & rugs, superking bedroom also with Indian day bed, simple bathroom & kitchen, wifi, spring water. Hire overnight as b&b or available as workshop space. SORRY NO CHILDREN UNDER 12!

The barn is set up for couples who like laid back, rustic, natural, glamping, yogic barefoot lifestyles, if this is not your vibe, then please do not come!

You will be taking the entire downstairs studio with super king size bedroom. There are also 2 camp beds, as well as kitchen, bathroom, hang out area, fire pit, garden. SORRY NO CHILDREN UNDER 12!

Amenities - As well as natural spring water in the taps, garden and fire pit, there is also a skate ramp and table tennis table and a public tennis court 15 minute walk away (bring own rackets and balls, pre booking essential), river swimming spots 20 minutes walk away and farm shop & deli cafe 20 minute walk away. Wild beaches and moorland also accessible by car. Good and fast wifi.

Sorry no children under 12 due to drop onto concrete flooring.
Dogs only permitted under special circumstances due to black lab who lives on site in the house on the other side of the driveway.
Note the barn is near a cottage and shares a driveway with it, in a small hamlet of 4 houses. Neighbours drive past the barn down a small lane to access their field and feed chickens etc
The immediate garden is for your own use, and you will enjoy privacy and be left alone. The gardens around the rest of the land are private.
We welcome quiet lifestyle approaches only, due to neighbours nearby.

During your stay

Please note your rental of the rose barn includes the entire downstairs studio, kitchen, garden, fire pit etc It only includes the upstairs yoga temple upon request, if you are a spiritual seeker. There are 2 extra bedrooms (double and single) which come off this temple space, sleeping a further 3 people.

You will be left to your own devices and given a unique code upon arrival to let yourself in (which changes with each guest) but there are neighbours around in the hamlet, who you will hear occasionally feeding chickens in an adjacent field and share a driveway with another house. This is a quiet tiny hamlet to be kept quiet, and no noise after 10pm please. Non smoking inside.
