Amazing Creekside "tiny home/park model trailer" experience with private outdoor deck space situated on bubbling creek in the perfect location to relax in quiet country setting yet feels like in town surrounded by orchards.
Outdoor deck space with BBQ and outdoor kitchen (see pics) with outdoor lights. Relaxing inside (AC/furnace & fireplace) /outside space (shaded), sit back, make a nice meal and watch a movie.
1 mile to downtown Cashmere, Wenatchee 15 min, Leavenworth 15 min, Chelan 45 min.

This amazing getaway is very private with it's own private driveway. Very private setting with creekside deck with working pear orchard on the private side of getaway. Very serene and quiet location.

Jerod and Erin are relocated from Snohomish 8 yrs ago to this amazing community of Cashmere. This is truly a "Mayberry" of Central WA. Jerod is self-employed and involved in a couple businesses. Erin is a Kindergarten Teacher in Cashmere Elementary School. We have 3 kids, Blake 19, Jenna 17, Allyson 14. Moving to Cashmere is without question the best thing we've ever done as a family.
