The space
The Plumeria is a property nestled under a variety of native trees and tucked within a security fence covered with flowering bougainvillea vines – midway between Waikiki and downtown Honolulu. The buildings are the original 1950's construction, with some minor remodeling and fixture upgrades done in the '80s. There are 3 buildings on the property consisting of shared apartment units and private studios.

The Plumeria community is a mix of long-term residents, short-term residents (folks relocating), and travelers. It is in a mixed business and residential district, and sits on the corner of a main roadway, and so traffic noise is impactful during rush hours; but this also makes it conveniently located.
