Gorgeous verandah overlooks surrounding countryside - relax with a glass of wine & watch the sunset. Expansive grounds include private swimming pool. 4 bedrooms upstairs in the main house and 2 additional mezzanine bedrooms in the adjoining wing.

Other things to note
You'll be staying in one of the most historic and intact 19th century towns in Australia. Carcoar is classified by the National Trust and is rich in history. Nestled in a pretty little valley on the Belubula River, it is equidistant from the larger rural centres of Bathurst, Orange & Cowra.

Carcoar, charming in it's own right and perfectly positioned for day trips around the region, which is known for its beautiful rolling hills, cool climate wines, wonderful restaurants, historic villages, and regional galleries.
You'll be across the road from a tennis court & playground, as well as in walking distance of the village centre, which includes a pub, restaurant, cafe, and shops. Carcoar has 5 little museums and many pretty places to picnic along the river.
