Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to town. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel.
Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

The space
The "Bee" Cottage is attached to a main home but is fully self-contained with it's own fully fenced yard and entrances. The Studio Space is roomy but also cozy. There is a Queen size bedroom space and also a pull out couch in the living area. Deep soak in the oversized spa tub. Nicely stocked kitchen with all the amenities included to prepare your meals. Spacious yard with plenty of seating, BBQ, fire pit to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Pet friendly yard (2 dogs max).

The Studio Cottage is located in a typical quiet Santa Ynez neighborhood filled with friendly folk. Stroll down to Santa Ynez township and you may see some real cowboys coming out of the Santa Ynez Feed and Supply. Settle in for some local fare at The Red Barn or get your Margaritas on at Dos Carlitos Mexican Restaurant. The Pony Express has all of your morning coffee needs and if you're looking to party, The Maverick is the place to be on the weekends. When you've exhausted all SY has to offer, hop on over to Solvang or Los Olivos for whole new experiences. Conveniently located to many local wineries.
