About This Listing
My name is Aizhan and I'm renting out a room in my modern, classy apartment. It is located in the City Center - literally a 3 mins walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar, O'Connell St, the Spire. Public transport is right around the corner (DART, Bus, Luas). There are some nice pubs on the street, and Temple Bar is one the quirkiest areas in the city.
The apartment has 2 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a living room. The apartment is also equipped with a TV, and of course - WIFI internet access.
I'm very friendly and love people of different cultures and nationalities. Come stay with me! :)

Aizhan was a fantastic host and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I stayed in Dublin for five nights. The apartment is clean with plenty of space, and as a location for central Dublin just can't be beaten. The bedroom was very comfortable.
Aizhan was on hand if I had any questions, and was one of the best hosts I have had on airbnb. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Dublin. Thanks again Aizhan! :o)
Making a decision for a place you haven't visited before is incredibly difficult - Where? Who? What? What if they're a bit broken minded and reviewers were too polite to be honest about it? Will a family be weird? What if there's blood on the sheets? Its really hard knowing that your decision could make the difference between a boring kind of stay, with all that weird social awkwardness that you want to avoid, and something more exciting where you get to really connect with a place. Well... (did I drum up enough suspense yet?) luckily I can't really imagine making a better choice than the one I did. It was incredible! The first terrific thing is the location - Aizhan's place is a couple of minutes walk away from Temple Bar, Grafton St (great shops and bars) and Trinity College where a tourist office and major bus stops (day tours, city buses, airport bus) are. Then of course is Aizhan - a lovely, warm, down-to-earth girl who "gets it". She's not out to bore you with endless boring (website hidden) or impress you with stories like I've sometimes found with B&Bs. She's calm, aware, bright, polite, listens, and never gives you a reason to think anything other than how happy you are to be staying there. Dublin itself of course is an endlessly fascinating, cultured and friendly place - so all in all, I had a great time. Aizhan's place was the perfect choice. And the sheets were clean.
No words to describe the so positive experience that started even before my arrival with re commendations from Aizhan of places to go visit in Dublin. A combination of factors simply made it perfect. House is extremely clean and nice, the bedroom very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Location is really close to everything, I walked everywhere around Dublin. Aizhan was waiting for me even though very late the first night I got there, pair of chocolates, towels, Internet password, keys to the apt and city map was on top of the bed when I first arrived, breakfast always offered and she even cooked dinner one of the nights when we also had good chat. Aizhan was always very caring and always asking if I needed anything. She really made me feel home and I had the impression I was more of a close friend visiting, than a Airbnb guest. Definitely recommend anybody to stay there. Thanks Aizhan!
Amazing! Aizhan is such a fantastic host. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and I am even treated to light breakfast and have the freedom to make my own coffee and tea. The apartment is so conveniently located within walking distance to Temple Bar, Grafton Street and Trinity College. The restaurant that you recommended, The Old (email hidden) was wonderful where my daughter and I got to taste the Irish Bangars & Mash and also the Guinness Beef Casserole. Of course, completed with a pint of cold Guinness. So, to those who are visiting Dublin, don't hesitate to meet up with Aizhan before she moves to London.
If you're looking for a clean and cozy place in Dublin City Centre you can't go wrong with this one. Location is great, you can do a lot within walking distance. Aizhan is the sweetest host possible. 5 thumbs up!
I had a really great stay in Dublin and this is also due to Aizhan. She is a fantastic host and I liked her kind, friendly, open minded and easy going character so much. She is prepared for a good chat at any time. I enjoyed spending time in her charming appartement at a great location in the center of the ciy. So one can looking forward to.
