The Family Room is located on the 2nd floor and is the perfect space for family or friends traveling together. This recently renovated suite highlights the original brick wall, with soothing wall and ceiling colors. Large private bath with a unique vanity, shower, bluetooth speaker and plushy robes. Enjoy the comfortable beds with quality mattresses and black out curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. Guests have their own controlled heat/air, WIFI, ROKU TV and key less entry.

The space
The Quarry House is a completely renovated house that was originally built in 1902 and boasts 4 elegant and tasteful suites. The floors and staircases are original and were stripped down to its crowning glory. Close attention was paid to the lighting so guests can have as much that is useful. The pallet walls were designed to add a depth of comfort and are very unique. Each guest has full access to the large shared common areas, which includes a 70" ROKU TV with 1G WIFI for gaming or streaming movies in the family room, a quiet living area that is perfect for reading, two separate dining areas, a complete and fully loaded kitchen that every chef/cook will enjoy, a separate dish room with dishwasher, 2 public restrooms and laundry facilities in the basement. Enjoy the outdoors by relaxing on the large covered front porch. A gas grill and a fire pit is available for outdoor grilling and evening enjoyment. The railroad is nearby in downtown Hannibal and is visible from our property, so those that enjoy trains are in for a treat. The Quarry House is a stand alone property, so its very private. Free parking is available on the premises.

We are located 2 blocks away from Historic Downtown Hannibal, which offers the Mark Twain Museum, guided tours, quaint shops, dining and pubs. We are situated next to the Sodalis walking/bike path that leads up to the bat caves, which is one of Hannibal's secret gems. Lovers Leap and Mark Twain Cave is less than 2 miles off of Hwy 79 and can be accessed by car. Lots do do for couples and families alike.

We do not live on site, but are available by text or phone for any situations day or night. We live in the neighborhood and can be on site within minutes. My husband Charlie is co owner and will also be available. We are usually on site daily and willing to give tips on local information if needed. Occasionally, we will be working on the outside of the property, but we will be doing so at the appropriate hours.
