Villa Fantasia is a lovely spacious four bedroom villa with private pool and large terraces located perched on a quiet hillside to panoramic unimpeded views and amazing sunsets over the Ionian Sea, an ideal retreat for a family holiday or a group.\n\nThe Villa is air conditioned throughout and the décor and design is cool and spacious with comfortable furnishings.\n\nOn the ground floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area with table and chairs and a lounge with TV and DVD player. Also on this level there is a twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and Iron. Doors lead from the living area out onto a large shades balcony area and then on down to the pool terrace.\n\nUpstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin, 1 with ensuite bathroom the other with a separate bathroom. Doors from the bedrooms lead out onto a large shared balcony with stunning views down to the sea.\nThe large garden/terrace area is mainly tiled with flower beds and a BBQ, with the private swimming pool being the center piece. There are also plenty of areas perfect for enjoying an evening BBQ whilst watching the stunning sunset.\n\nIf you can't go a few days without being connected to the internet, you'll be pleased to here that Villa Fantasia also provides Wi-Fi for your use.\nThe totally private freshwater swimming pool faces west.\n\nPool Size: 8m x 4,5m\nDepths: 1m - 1,6m\n\nAround the pool are sun loungers and sun umbrellas.\n\nThe main balcony, in front of the living/dining room, overlooks the pool making it an ideal place for 'alfresco' meals while watching younger ones in the pool.\n\nTo the side of the pool is a brick built BBQ to make full use of summer living.
