Splendid B&B St. Agnes, located at the very center of the town of Assisi, was built in about 1100, and lies on a Roman villa which you can see some mosaics, some columns and some historical remains.
The residence, which stands on three floors with 3 apartments offers features rooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, with bath or shower, a 'large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace.
The terracotta floors, wooden beams and fresco del'XVII sec. damage to the apartments of a noble warmth forgotten over time.
The furniture, ricercatamente simple, ideal for creating harmony days of complete calm in the heart of the City "poor man" St. Francis and St. Clare.
To fully appreciate even the culinary traditions around the Holiday Residence Agnes is possible to make wine tours at the best wineries in the area.
Every guest has his own room with a private bathroom and the room are on three different flores.
The living room, the lounge and the kitchen are the shared spaces of the house.

Fabio was there to greet my friend and me when we arrived. Immediately I felt his warmth and welcome. Our accommodations were perfect---the ambiance of the residenza was peaceful, quiet, and serene. I especially enjoyed my room with the terraza, and the afternoon light streaming through the windows on the chilly days.
Ample supplies were given us for our breakfast, and Guiliano, Fabio's brother came in to replenish towels and supplies.
As the weather in March was chilly, we appreciated the heat. Also the living room provided a quiet place to read, share, or just be.
The location was a short walk to Piazza Comune, and a short distance from Santa Chiara. The walk down to the Basilica of San Francesco was delightful.
I look forward to another stay at Residenza Sant'Agnese when I return to Assisi.
Fabio is a fantastic host with an amazing BNB. I highly recommend staying with home.
I stayed at Fabio's Residenza over the Italian long weekend and it was perfect. I missed my train from Florence and Fabio was able to help me work out the timing of the next train and rearranged my taxi pick up time accordingly. When I arrived he was there to greet me and recommend a couple of great restaurants nearby. I ate and then slept with exhaustion in a very comfortable bed. Fabio is a great host, very very accommodating and helpful. He has great English and I highly recommend staying at the Residenza.
I had absolutely pleasant stay at Fabio's house.
Both the host and the house are great.
He and his family are decent and attentive people and tried to help me around the house and Assisi when I arrived there.
My room was on the third floor of the house which was built in 12th century and had cute windows facing the church of st. Chiara. I enjoyed watching the sun-rising over the church every morning very much.
I will definitely stay there again if I visit Assisi again and recommend my family or friends.
Fabio's house gave me very exostic & fantastic experience in Assisi coming from it's traditional and cleaned room. Looks like tiny secret king's room better than image.
What a fantastic few days. This is a lovely residence with a common kitchen and sitting area. We met really nice people there and we were so close to everything. S.Chiara is just up the street, everything S.Francesco a short walk and great restaurants nearby. The welcome by the host, the practical, good breakfast and the recommended taxi for our departure were very good. Our room was large, bathroom good and we had a sun drenched balcony.
And of course, the building! Roman origin, 12th century at the ground, and soundly refurbished, presumably after 1997.
