The guest rooms occupy the entire top floor of our lovingly restored Georgian townhouse. With amazing views, the two private double bedrooms & private bathroom, provide a relaxing space for a single group of 1-4 guests.
Ideally located in the heart of historic Hastings Old Town, moments from the beach & fishing harbour, a multitude of wonderful independent shops, galleries, eateries & pubs. Close by East Hill, an area of outstanding natural beauty with an abundance of amazing areas to explore.

The space
The guest accommodation is part of our house but it is arranged across the top floor so it feels very private.
The master double bedroom is a generous size with tea, coffee & breakfast-making facilities, complimentary locally baked bread, butter, jam, breakfast cereal & milk. If you prefer alternatives, then please let us know in advance.
The views across Old Town & the West Hill are breathtaking & afternoon sunlight floods the room.
The second double bedroom although small is very cute with plenty of storage. The room is filled with morning light & has a wonderful outlook over the gardens, East Hill, & our famous funicular railway.
The adjacent bathroom has Turkish towels, lovely products, a bath with a simple overhead shower, washing up facilities, toilet, sink & a small washing machine for light loads. Our rooms have been lovingly designed with the aim of creating a simple, calm & relaxing space. The materials & colours we have chosen are deliberately restrained & natural. Our bedding is 100% washed linen.

Tightly packed and woven together by a network of smugglers twittens, the town is surrounded by an expansive, undulating area of outstanding natural beauty. When you step out of the house and look through our gnarly street towards the sea, you will be reminded why you choose this wild, somewhat mysterious place for your vacation.
