This newly renovated 4 bedroom Colonial encompasses four levels of living space that has been thoughtfully designed for family entertaining! Located on a large family estate on the South River, you will have access to a private fishing pond, kayaks with river access and you are just a few minutes from Humarock Beach. The home boasts a dining room table that seats 18+, a billiard room, a separate pool house with indoor/outdoor bar (closed October-April and occupied by property manager).

The space
Guests will have private access to the main house with 4 bedrooms. During the summer you will also have access to the pool house (studio apartment) which is separate from the house and has its in driveway, AC, shower, full kitchen and a queen pull out couch. During the off season a property manager stays there. We have a private fishing pond on the street and also access to the river with complimentary use of kayaks at the end of the property. Gas fire pit and wood burning fire pit (solo stove) available in the pool area. Large tented weddings are hosted by family member next door so this is the ideal place for wedding guests to rent if they are attending wedding.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the house or pool house. No illegal drug use is permitted anywhere on the property.

$50 fee per pet for length of stay (not per night).

We offer complete event planning and concierge service to our guests. Would you like to have a baby shower catered? A special brunch organized poolside? A formal dinner party to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary? We have relationships with local caterers and vendors that are familiar with our home who we highly recommend. We are happy to help coordinate these events with you. $500 event fee for event with 25-50 guests. Reach out about larger events.

A family member that lives next door also hosts large tented weddings for 200+ guests in a field overlooking the marsh and river. This property is perfect for guests attending weddings there.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a private estate but we do have neighbors and it is very important to us that respect them. We ask that you respect “quiet hours” from 10pm-8am (no loud music or being disruptive). Feel free to move your group inside the house after 10pm to minimize noise. Thank you in advance for recognizing how important it is to us to keep the neighbors happy.

I am a pediatric RN from Hingham, MA and work with terminally ill and chronically ill children. I have 3 young children who keep me busy with skiing, tennis, soccer, and family vacations. I spend many weeks a year volunteering as a nurse for the sick and the poor. I am looking forward to being able to get my children involved in this type of work so they understand the value of helping others. I don't drink or smoke. I come from a family of 6 so I am used to chaos and fun and think that family and friends are our greatest blessings.
