Guest access
Guests have access to the main house & guest house as well as the backyard during their stay. Guests access the home using their custom door code, which is provided 24 hours prior to check-in.
PARKING: 4 vehicles max allowed
• 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
• 2 vehicles can be parked directly in front of the home
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES
Uber and Lyft arrive within 3-8 minutes of placing a request for a ride.
Old Town is a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride!

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW
OCCUPANCY:
Max guest count is 16 people.
The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay.
Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (16 Guests).
SECURITY:
We have exterior cameras pointing at all entry points including the front side gate, backyard alley gate, and overlooking the entire backyard for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so may result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home of course.
VENDORS:
Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules.
Approved Vendors:
Decorating services, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, mobile massage, yoga instructors, photographers, hair & makeup artists, and more. - Please check with us before you book to confirm.
Unapproved Vendors:
DJs, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses - We require guests to notify us of any vendors so please let us know before you book.
*This home is NOT suitable for children & infants. There is no pool fence or self closing mechanisms on doors.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise in the kitchen/living area. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee.
EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply)
LATE CHECK OUT?
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide an BT speaker. The TV outside has the Spotify app to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated for the entire stay.
DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, we provide bath and pool towels!
DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS?
Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own.
DISCOUNTS:
We do not offer any discounts.
DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint and you will be charged for repair and we just painted so PLEASE don't!) Please reach out to Scottsdale Bachelorette to have them decorate for you instead - So worth it!
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
