Under the Acropolis, a spacious (120 sq.m.) fully renovated loft with a free-standing bath tub, on the 2nd floor of a 19th century classical mansion in the heart of Athens! Located on Ermou street- pedestrian only street- is the most famous shopping hub of Athens! A luxurious loft with all the amenities of a proper home awaits to accommodate you and provide you with a hosting experience while living in the city’s rhythm! The space
The loft is part of a uniquely architectural beauty neoclassical building built back in 1850s. It is located on the 2nd floor and it is accessible via elevator and stairs of course.
The loft has just been fully renovated (April 2021) and transformed to a modern open space place where you have its key location as a starting point for your sightseeing while you enjoy your stay in peace and privacy!
It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and all the appliances needed for a short or long term stay, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and an amazing black free-standing bath tub in the open space for your most relaxing moments.
The master bedroom is on a wooden attic, accessible by wide wooden stairs and provides a queen size mattress (1,60*200cm). On the ground floor the two sofas have been especially designed and chosen for this apartment so as to be able to set them up as single beds. The loft can easily accommodate up to 4 people.
Breakfast (welcome basket) is provided with selected Espresso capsules, organic tea, fresh cake, honey, butter etc.
Long windows allow the sun to bathe the place and you get affluent views of the city, all windows are double glazed so as to offer peace from the city’s sounds when needed.
The loft offers a true private sanctuary, unique views from its long windows and relaxation in the very city’s centre.
