The space
Our remodeled 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2 story house. It was recently professionally re-designed and boasts an open concept floor plan that combines a living/family room with a kitchenette and a dining area. It provides plenty of natural light, all wooden furniture and radiant heated wooden floors.

Apartment would be great for a couple with 1-3 kids, 2 couples or 2 business travelers (who need the privacy of 2 separate rooms, yet can stay close).

Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1 - queen bed

Bedroom 2 - full bed with a twin trundle

The kitchenette has a family sized refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, dishes and flatware.
We provide coffee and tea.
Dining table accommodates up to 6 guests when extended.

Living/family room has a 50" smart TV.

Baby pack-n-play, high chair, stroller and children's toys are all available upon request.

Full bathroom (with shower over tub) is equipped with a hair dryer and a flat iron.

In one of the closets you will also find an iron with an ironing board.

Guest access
Entire In-law apartment on the ground floor with a private front entrance with its own hallway.

Other things to note
We are a family with children and live upstairs. You might see us occasionally on the backyard or in front of the house, feel free to stop by and say hi :). You might also hear the little feet upstairs, mostly in the morning and in the early evening hours.

When inquiring/booking, please mention your desirable check-in and check out times, this helps us with logistics and cleaning scheduling. We can't always allow for early check in or late check out, but we will try to accommodate whenever possible.

Ample free street parking is available along 26th Ave, Noriega or Moraga streets. Please, watch for street cleaning signs to avoid parking fines and do not block neighbors' driveways.
