  • Jennifer and Robert are excellent hosts. They are warm, welcoming, and will try to do whatever it takes to make your stay at the Paniolo Ranch comfortable. The property is quite beautiful with exquisite boulders, flowers, and other desert fauna. There are a few very comfortable outdoor seating areas to enjoy it all. It is a very peaceful, restful setting.

The indoor space is equally aesthetically done. The Great Room is just that! I stayed in the Aloha Room. The bed was very comfortable, the shared bath tastefully decorated with earthy tiles.

Life is good staying at the Paniolo Ranch!

  • I recently (end of march), had the pleasure of staying in the Aloha room at the Paniolo guest ranch. The Aloha room is quite comfortable with a queen bed, large closet, and window looking out on a patio and garden, hd tv, all surrounded by Hawaiian memorabilia. The nicely tiled bath is directly across the hall, very private from public areas. The living, dining, and kitchen area is comfotably furnished, the kitchen island is favored by guests for conversation, snacks and libation. IOutdoors there are several sitting areas surrounded by desert gardens. The whole property is filled with desert gardens lovingly planted and tended to by Jennifer and Robert. Hosts Jennifer and Robert are relaxed, easy going, helpful, and congenial. From the moment I arrived I felt at home, with Annie the Australian sheep dog completing the at home atmosphere. On the property are other available lodging for larger partys. The Paniolo Ranch offers hominess, comfort, privacy, and good company. Thanks Jennifer and Robert

  • What a lovely place to stay while visiting Tucson. Jennifer & Robert were extremely delightful hosts! They keep an immaculate property which more than welcoming and relaxing. It was a pleasure to mingle with the other guests. So many highlights: very comfortable accommodations, plenty of places on property to find that perfect space to relax in, outstanding morning coffee, entertainment watching their friendly adorable dog, Annie. The Tucson mountains and Picture Rocks are just a hop, skip and jump away. It was a very quick drive to the Desert Museum too! We stayed in the main house and it was no difficulty at all with the shared bathroom (for the guests). They offer complimentary laundry access (although we didn't need it), And if you love watching horses, they have two on the property. Only problem I had was that I dropped my hiking plans just to sit and relax and stare at the mountains and beautiful views from their backyard area. Next time I'll definitely plan on staying longer.

  • The only thing wrong with this stay was that it was too short. We enjoyed the hospitality of Jenn and Robert, who seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and enjoyment of their gorgeous home. We were very comfortable in the Aloha room, and the access to the well appointed kitchen and laundry was a bonus. This is an airbnb that we would very much like to revisit, and can thoroughly recommend. Tucson has many attractions that we visited in perfect weather, ( not too hot in early March), and the ranch was perfectly positioned for doing so.

  • Everything about our experience at Paniolo Ranch was positive. Our room was very comfortable. Use of the kitchen had no restrictions plus the kitchen is awesome. Location allowed easy access to most parts of Tucson. The recreation trails are nearby and accessible by bicycle. Jenn and Robert are generous, friendly, helpful and hospitable.

  • We really liked our stay here. We like the location because it's right near the edge of the desert but easy to get into town. Our hosts were great – very friendly and enjoyed good conversation. It was clean and upscale at a very reasonable price! I would go again – if I could get in! It's always very booked as it is such a great place.

The Paniolo Ranch
We are entrepreneurs by nature and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that a self directed path can provide. We love to travel and return annually to both Hawaii & Colorado. We had our first date on the island of Kauai and wanted to name our special property to honor our connection to the islands, hence the name Paniolo which means Cowboy in Hawaiian. We also love to landscape, meditate and lend a helping hand. You will see me working on the property tending to the mesquite trees, palo verde and native iron woods or assisting our guests. Robert enjoys cooking on the grill when at home and fly fishing when he is in Colorado. We like social events so a few times a year we will host a fund raiser or have friends over to cook in our authentic Hawaiian imu pit. So grab a Hawaiian shirt and some slippers and come experience the casual elegance of the Paniolo Ranch.
