Our cozy space is warm and inviting.
I am a full time professional HR Manager and my Husband is retired. Our house is very nice and has a separate living area so we can give guests space although we are available to chat should you wish. We use separate parts of the house. The space has two bedrooms each with a 3/4 shower. Main space has a TV room with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as all the major networks. We also have a mini fridge and microwave.
Our aim is to provide a little bit of separation giving more privacy than would otherwise be possible in a shared home.
We provide comfortable and affordable accommodation for travelers while they are visiting Seattle. We may be able to assist in local knowledge and tips for getting about. The house has central heating and air conditioning. In the winter we turn the heat down to 68 to ensure the space is cool enough for sleeping. Also since it’s a shared house their may be time voices and footsteps heard from time to time.

The light rail is 1 mile from the house with bus access. The light rail station is called Northgate station. The light rail connect Seattle from SeaTac Airport to North Seattle.
